Flight
- CholoJai follows the airline cancellation and reissue policies.
- To avoid no-show charges, travelers should inform CholoJai at least 48 hours before the travel date.
- Cancellations or reissues can be requested by calling +88 09678 332211 or through our website contact form.
- Cancellation and reissue fees, along with a standard service charge, may apply as per the airline policy. These fees are subject to change.
- CholoJai does not impose any additional service charges beyond those quoted by the airlines.
- For EMI transactions, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after successful cancellation and issued through the same payment channel used by the traveler. Processing time may vary from one to five working days.
*Note: Convenience charges are non-refundable.
Hotel
- CholoJai follows the cancellation policy of each property.
- Travelers will not get the booking fee as part of the refund.
- Cancellation fees may apply and vary depending on the property and timing of cancellation.
- Date changes are not available for hotel bookings; travelers must cancel and rebook.
- Bookings for black-out dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- CholoJai does not add any extra service charges beyond those quoted by the hotels.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated after successful cancellation, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Processing times may vary from one to five working days.

Tour
- CholoJai adheres to the tour operator cancellation policy.
- For cancellations or date changes, travelers should email tours@cholojai.co.
- Please review the specific policy for each tour before booking.
- Bookings for black-out dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- CholoJai does not impose any additional service charges beyond the operator fees.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed following successful cancellation and issued through the original payment method. The processing time can range from one to five working days.
Auto Refund & Auto Void
- Auto refunds and voids can be claimed through the CholoJai App/Web.
- Airline refund charges and ST Convenience will be applicable.
- The refund process may take up to 4-6 weeks from the date of application.
- Payment voids are not applicable for flights on the same calendar date or for certain low-cost carriers.
