Booking Terms

• Bookings made through CholoJai are with the respective travel providers (Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators, etc.). CholoJai acts as an interface and is not the provider of these travel services.
• Travelers must agree to the terms and conditions of the respective travel providers before booking through CholoJai.
• CholoJai serves as a point of contact for any issues or disputes related to bookings and will assist customers to the best of its ability.
• All prices and offers are subject to change based on availability.

Promotion Terms

• CholoJai may offer promotion codes and discounts periodically.
• CholoJai reserves the right to modify, replace, or withdraw any terms and conditions of promotions or the entire program without prior notice.
• In case of disputes, CholoJai decision will be final and binding.

Payment Terms

• By making a payment on CholoJai, you consent to the use of your personal details for transaction verification and validation.
• Your details may be disclosed to third-party credit card payment gateways for verification.
• A Convenience Charge may be applied by CholoJai and can vary based on the payment method.

Cancellation & Refund

• CholoJai follows the cancellation/re-issue policies of the suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, Tour operators, etc.).
• For refunds/re-issues, customers must inform CholoJai at least 48 hours prior to the travel date.
• Refunded amounts will be processed within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the payment method.
• Convenience charges are non-refundable.
• For EMI transactions, the EMI charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
• In exceptional circumstances like national emergencies, lockdowns, or natural disasters, standard refund policies may not apply.

Auto Refund & Auto Void

• Auto refunds and voids can be claimed through the CholoJai App/Web.
• Airline refund charges and ST Convenience will be applicable.
• The refund process may take up to 4-6 weeks from the date of application.
• Payment voids are not applicable for flights on the same calendar date or for certain low-cost carriers.

Use of Services

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to use CholoJai services.
• Bookings must be made with accurate and truthful information.
• If booking for others, you are responsible for informing them of these terms and conditions.

Account Deletion

• Users can delete their CholoJai accounts through the app. Deletion is irreversible and erases all associated information.
• Re-registering will treat you as a new user, and previous data will not be recoverable.

Privacy Policy

Right to Refuse & Cancellation

• CholoJai reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings based on breach of terms, inability to verify information, or potential violation of third-party rights.
• Incorrect information may lead to cancellation of bookings and further legal action, if necessary.

Flight Bookings

• For flight bookings, CholoJai adheres to the policies of the respective airlines.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate documents (passport, visa, etc.) for ticket issuance. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation.
• Refund and cancellation policies vary among airlines. CholoJai follows these policies strictly.

Hotel Bookings

• CholoJai provides various accommodation options. Terms and conditions of each booking are subject to the policies of the individual hotels or accommodation providers.
• Customers are responsible for checking refund policies of hotels at the time of booking.
• In case of overbooking or hotel unavailability, CholoJai will refund the charged amount.

Visa Service

Prohibited Activities

Services offered by CholoJai are for personal and non-commercial use only. Misuse of services for fraudulent bookings or providing false information may lead to cancellation and legal action.

Modifications to Terms

CholoJai reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
